Deluxe Home Performance Assessment: $800

This service includes everything in the Full Home Performance Assessment, plus:

Calculated payback & savings.
Calculated base load watt usage and analysis, and fuel cost per unit.
Duct blaster testing for three systems.
A Compact Disc with all photos taken during the assessment.

Full Home Performance Assessment: $600

This is a complete, comprehensive assessment of your home which includes:

Duct Blaster Testing (for more than 2 systems, add $100 per system)
Blower Door Test with Infrared Scan
Combustion (carbon monoxide safety) testing
Physical inspection including photographing
Written report with prioritized recommendations
Educational meeting to fully explain the report and recommendations.

Building Envelope & Performance Assessment: $350

An assessment of the building envelope, insulation adequacy, air leakage, moisture, comfort issues, energy loss and combustion (carbon monoxide safety) testing:

Blower door, infrared scan and comprehensive physical inspection, including a meeting with homeowner and prioritized list of recommendations on site.

Discounts:

Discount $50 for homes without gas or combustion appliances.
Discount $50 for homes less than 1800 total (incl. unfinished) square feet.

Custom designed assessments can be done to suit your needs. Prices quoted for homes within 40 mile radius of downtown Blacksburg. Past 40 miles: add .85/mile, (all mileage in excess of 80 mile round trip)
