Full Home Performance Assessment: $600
This is a complete, comprehensive assessment of your home which includes:
- Duct Blaster Testing
- Blower Door Test with Infrared Scan
- Physical inspection including photographing
- Written report with prioritized recommendations
- Wrap-up meeting to fully explain the report and recommendations.
Modified assessments:
An assessment of the building envelope, insulation adequacy, air leakage, moisture, temperature comfort issues, energy loss not related to the duct system:
- Blower door, infrared scan and physical inspection, ending with a prioritized list of recommendations on site: $300
Assessment of the duct system, temperature comfort issues, air distribution issues, locating leaks and energy loss in the heat/air system:
- Duct blaster & fog testing: $150 for one system, $250 for two systems, $350 for three.
- Blower door & infrared scan with calculated results: $200 with house plans, $250 without plans.
