Duct Blaster Test

A Duct Blaster Test is used to directly pressure test your duct system for air leaks, about the same way a plumber pressure tests water pipes for leaks. With this tool, a Certified Home Energy Auditor can tell you exactly how leaky your duct system is and where the air loss is occuring. It is an important energy audit tool as the average duct system leaks 30-35%. Duct leakage can also cause air quality problems and increase energy use.
