Blower Door Test

A Blower Door Test is a powerful fan that mounts into the frame of an exterior door. With all of your other doors and windows closed, the fan pulls air out of the house, lowering the air pressure inside. This allows a Certified Home Energy Auditor to identify unsealed cracks and openings throughout your house, and quantify the measured impact they have on your house as a whole.
